getting MJ card from another county

    Hi, I live down in socal but I go to school in norcal. I was thinking of getting a card, but I was wondering if I can apply up here and get it here or if I have to go down and get it from the county that I live in. Or does it not matter where I get it from?

    I'd also like to know more about this database. I'm assuming that once you get this card you can say goodbye to any government positions in the future.
