What's up all. Since I left highschool (...2 years ago), I haven't been exercising at all really... combined with all the smoking I do, its left me in pretty bad shape. I'm not really overweight, but I've gotten to the point where I can barely run for more than 5 minutes or so without wheezing... Sad, I know. So does anyone have any advice for building that up again? I'd really like to start running regularly, but in my current state, I can barely make it around my block
Heh, fair enough. I've already modified my diet, working towards getting back to vegetarian. Guess I just have to nut up and go for it lol.
