How do you germinate seeds? Also if there was soil underneath some pine needles but was still soil would it work for growing well? Its pretty well textured and not dry or really wet so what do you think? And should I use this fertilizer, its neon blue and looks really messed up. I am not sure what the NPKs are but if anyone recognizes the color, or should I just use organic fertilizer?
