I kept getting fucked over with my old 60gig Ipod when they first came out, it kept erasing songs randomly until finally it would just lose my whole library every week. I sent it back to HP and they "Fixed" it the next one they sent me did the same thing until finally it gave me some weird HD error I told them about they told me it was dead so they sent me a new one after receving Ipod number 2, Ipod number 3 worked for 2 months before another HD error showed up. I was told that sense they had Fixed one and sent me a new one that I couldn't get another replacement unless I paid for it. something like that it was many a year ago, screw Ipod Looks like she got a similar bum deal, bastards.
They sell poor quality stuff because they can. I'm waiting on a 'new' ipod shuffle myself, should be in tommorow. I'll tell you, im never going to be purchasing one of there products again. I'll update with the condition of the 'new' ipod that ehy are supposed to send me. eric
Hahahaha. My friend works for geek squad. Word to the wise, don't ever contact them through Best Buy in Burbank California. He's done some terrible shit to people's computers. Example, He took a mini zip drive full of hardcore porn and put it on some guys laptop which the guy used for work. I know it's mean spirited but man was that shit hilarious.
