Full legalization and distribution coming to Uruguay

    this is a huge step forward. the only thing i'm hesitant about is that it would still be illegal to grow yourself. the entire production would be handled by the state
     
  2. Yes, not being able to grow does make it a bit worse than a full on legalization, but still...pretty sweet!
     
  3. It would be more difficult to wrench cannabis production from the hands of the Uruguayan government than legalising it in any Western nation, especially since their supposed smoking population is relatively tiny.
    In which case I suppose it doesn't really matter.

  5. Itd suck if the state sprayed their shit or something, Id pry still grow just to make sure what im smoking isnt some fucked up weed.. But its cool that u wont get in trouble for possession
