My friends parents are really strict (we’re 18 still in high school) and they finally let her and me stay the weekend. Today when i was smoking my pipe, the neighbour came up the stairs (i was outside and the patio is joint space) and said “hello.” like that’s it just “hello”. The neighbour doesn’t know me but my friends parents are close to mine and i don’t want my family knowing i smoke.... am i screwed?

I got caught at work once. I'm standing outside trying to hit my bowl and it's windy as fuck. I look up and some dude was walking right toward me. I nodded, he nodded and we both moved on. Lucky for me it was a union brother and not a foreman. I don't really do that shit at work anymore, not worth it to risk it. That was ten years ago. And that's the difference between being young and stupid and older with at least some sense. You think about things a little before acting. Just be aware of your surroundings.

I live in an unfriendly state. That being said, I smoke outside in my garden, on the deck, while working on the cars, walking. Nobody minds anymore.
