We need you to show up to the Fresno Co. Board of Supervisor's meeting at 9am on Tues., Dec 7th. Fresno County supervisors will meet Tuesday to revisit the county's moratorium on new medical cannabis dispensaries. A comprehensive staff report has been prepared that presents the Board with two basic options: 1 - Develop a comprehensive dispensary ordinance (the draft is unreasonable: no edibles, 2500ft restrictions & more) 2 - An ordinance that would ban dispensaries permanentlyThe board meets this Tuesday, December 7th at 9 a.m. - Hall of Records, 3rd Floor, 2281 Tulare St., Fresno ***I've read (not all at once of course) the 202 page, comprehensive report that Planning and Zoning has put together and it definitely leans in favor of a BAN.
