That never happens, its shocking. Terrorists have been playing the stock market and using the proceeds to fund terrorism, so we should just remove public trading. Terrorists are just people, they will find a way to make money just like everyone else. If they really wanted to they could just get JOBS to fund terrorism, then what would we do? "Terrorists are getting jobs to fund terrorism" duh thats why they got the damn job. This is just a scare tactic people so many people are so deeply affected by 9-11.
