It's all a matter of yield. If you want bud ASAP, then by all means, flower it. If you'd prefer to more yield, then feel free to veg a little longer. It's just preference. Good Luck!
its also a matter of space to, ur plant(s) will atleast double in size but alot of the time they go to 3 times the size so if u got the space keep them in veg & that will help increase ur yeild obviously what do u mean by "To force bud should I wait until I am getting 7 leaves instead of 5" do u mean the points on the leaves? as thats no concern
