Food, Health Nutrition - A Relationship

  1. Health, food, and nutrition are very closely related to each other. The type of nutrition that you provide for your body has an effect for your health. For good overall health, you must supply your body with enough, adequate nutrition and for your physical health and fitness, you must provide adequate and enough nutrition for your body. Our bodies must always have these proper 4 categories for proper function: protein, fat, vitamins, and carbohydrates. Always make sure that your body takes in the proper amount of each of these.
