Folding leaves...

In general, what causes a two-week old plant's leaves to fold in like a taco?

 

I'm growing bagseeds indoors (got lucky, they are growing great) and I set one of the plants outside. Temp was mid eighties and I watered the plant. After 3 hours, leaves drooped and folded, so I brought it back in.
