Plants are looking very healthy my friend, good strong stems. Leaves have a nice green tint to them. You might want to move the light closer, but if you have it farther away like that, your plants will be taller. Just a suggestion. <EDIT> Upon closer look I realized the lights are fine. Disregard my suggestion, and keep up the good work!
you plants need more light. Move it closer. They are stretched. Your friend is right. Now that the stems are alredy stretched, you need to beef them up a bit.
Don't worry about the early stretch too much but get a fan blowing on them ASAP. The stretching can easily be fixed if you bury the stem up to the first set of fan leaves when you transplant to larger pots.
