I'm trying to clone for the first time and after 10 dats the clones are showing no roots. Time to try again or should I give them more time.? I followed basic cloning directions of angled cutting, dipped in rooting hormone, into rock wool starters and potted those in perlite. Misting only, no watering, covered with plastic lid for greenhouse effect modest lighting 20 hours per day. Anything I could do now to stimulate root growth or just wait? Oldponyfarmer
^those heat mats are nice, speaking now from a veggie garden perspective, my germination is kickin ass compared to cold damp peat cups.
I cut mine angled, dipped in rooting hormone powder, then into a presoaked rockwool, placed underneath my clone dome hydro thing i bought from micheals crafts store, lol, let it sit there for about a week to a week and a half and roots start poking out of the rockwool cube, then put into water with nutes after rooted and bam, plant rockwool cube into soil after a lil bit of getting some nute water in the hydro dome.
