First real t-break

  1. So I haven't been smoking THAT long, only about a year. I started out smoking just like once or twice a month, then every weekend, and its been like 4 days a week now (usually both weekend days and once or twice during the week) for a few months. I'm taking a break (for tolerance and just to prove to myself that I'm not dependent and that I can) for about 3 or 3.5 weeks. I'm only a few days in and I'm not having any problems, but what are some tips, or things to expect over the next couple weeks?
     
  2. The first few days is really the only time it's a problem for me. I was smoking before bed, and decided to take a week or two off, and didn't sleep much the first two days. Now, it's almost 10, and I'm dead tired.
