first harvest on my own?

    so i am taking over the family grow completely and my plants are going to be ready to harvest in just a few weeks now i got my microscope ready but how should i look at the bud should i cut one off and look at it under the scope or... well what would be the best method of looking at the bud to tell if its ready

    Look at it when its still on. Look at more then 1 bud I look at every 1 I can get 2

    dude wait for the hairs to completely recede back into the buds and the seed brachs to be swollen.
