Do these look perfectly healthy? This will be about 7 days from sprouting from the soil. It seems like they grew fast initially but then slowed down. I've also never grown before.
They look pretty healthy to me, The left one a bit more healthy. Try not to water them a bunch but a decent amount, Im also a new grower, But They do look healthy to me. One of my seedlings took over 3 weeks to get a little bigger then yours. What do you have the lights on? 24/0? 18/6? 12/12? More light I believe makes the roots longer causing it to grow faster. Also water, Just dont overwater and kill your plants
This seedling has droopy leaves, I haven't watered it in days but it looks like it's showing signs of being overwatered. Will it bounce back?
