First grow in grow tent temperature problems was 90?

  1. Well I amd using a 1.2x1.2x2m tent with 600watt light without cooltube and a 4" extacor fan sucking through the carbon filter at the top of the tent nd couple of ducts open this was at 36.8 Celsious since then I've got a 8" desk fan at bottom pointing at light it has a high and low setting it was on the low and it took it down to 34 Celsiois then switched to high now at 30.5Celsious 87.2F I have another 8" desk fan but do I need it and on what setting please help???

  5. 87f is certainly doable. A hybrid/sativa leaning strain will likely be more tolerant.
     
  6. 87 degrees is too hot. At that temp you will have slow growth, reduced yield, airy buds and likely fox-tailing. You need to bring the ambient temp of the room that your tent is in down or you need to set up a cold air intake. Also a cool tube would likely help a lot. If none of that is doable you could supplement with co2 which would allow you to run 90 degree temps.
