Hey GC, I just made a turn for my first grow. I currently am growing blackjack, oregon red, white widow, and Ill Diavollo (Autoflower). I have completed my first week of flower and this is what they are lookin like. If anyone has any good tips let me know
hey there. thanks. uh i got a 400watt hps. Vegged them out with a MH. Do you or anyone else have input on trimming/cutting completely off the fan leaves? I have hurd it helps on yeild. But i also hurd it hurts the plant.
I actually ended up cutting quite a few of them off my plants when I started flowering. It was on my first grow so I can't tell you definitively whether it helped or hurt. Keep in mind this was only fan leaves that were shaded in the lower portions of the plant. I was told they are like the solar panels of your plant, and I was uhhh, those are wasted panels then chop chop haha
