Hey guys, This is my second grow and I'm going to try topping and LST for the first time. Only able to grow 1 plant at a time so I really want to get the most out of it. I know the basics of both methods and would like to do them in conjunction with one another. I am planning on topping her once and then tying her down after she's recovered from the topping. Looking for opinions on whether it's a good idea both top and LST her or if there are better methods I should explore. My main question is when should I top her??? Is it ok if I top her now?? She's about 2 and a half weeks since seed.
I top no earlier than the fifth set of leaves but that's just my personal opinion there's a million YouTube videos with some nice walkthroughs.
Yeah I'd definitely wait a bit to top and lst is amazing in my eyes, topping I only do if I have extra veg time
