First attempt at a grow..any tips for a beginner?

    Hi there. On Sunday morning I switched my blimburn sour diesel over to 12/12 lights. I am using a 400w hps in a 80x80x120 tent and a 4 inch exhaust fan attached to a carbon filter. Growing in 3g pot and using ionic nutes. Anyone have any tips or advice? To me she looks like she's doing alright for a first timer.
