First 600w grow, feedback always welcome.

  1. Setup/Shopping List:
    • 600w HPS/Mh Ballast and Lamp
    • Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil
    • Fox Farms Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom Liquid Nutrients
    • 23w 5000k cfl

    Strains: (ALL Feminized seeds)
    -(1)Afghan Kush White Widow
    -(1)Fruity Chronic Juice
    -(1)Budda Purple Kush

    Grow:

    Germinated the seeds for 3 days in damp, room temp paper towels

    Planted the germinated seeds in the Fox Farms Ocean Forest(only), and have kept the soil very lightly dampened..

    saw a bit of undercurl on the leaves of the seedlings but it seems to be getting better..

    Day 6:

    Fruity Chronic Juice:

    i know this isnt ideal so i'll take pointers, while buying everything i forgot to buy something to hold the bulbs for this phase so im using a lamp...

    good luck! make sure you take some cuttings of each strain to keep yourself some mothers! also i would hold off on the nutrients for a couple weeks you want them to start off as healthy as possible!

    6ish weeks from seeds, moved under a 600w hps bulb at 18/6.. but i think i set the timer wrong so i think its been going 24/7

    they're looking healthy enough, but some lighter spots show up on the blades every now and again, im watering about 2 cups every 2 days, no nutes, just water and ocean farms soil

    there are a bunch of little fruitfly/gnat bugs flying around? cause for alarm?
     
  4. Looking great! Do you have any expectation as to your yield with that set up?
