Worked a 2-12 on my first shift as a line cook. Was only scheduled 2-9 Showed up the next day to collect my cash.
I was hired as a dishwasher for a soft opening at a new bar n grill in town. I realised about 3 hours in that they were very very unprepared for the event so I got my managers attention, told em I didn't need this shit and walked out. They called me the next day to apologize and ask me if I would come back and I ended up working there for the next year. It was a weird experience.

I quit UPS after one week because the HR woman claimed that she forgot to enter me into the system and therefore had no way to pay me.
