As I was switching off lights this evening, noticed a fan leaf going straight up, as if it's waving at me.. anyone else have this happen? Is it normal? Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Turned lights on this morning and gave water, it's back looking normal now, maybe just the shock from changing from 24/0... pretty cool tho. Anyone know of any natural stuff I could use for nutes for flowering? Maybe campfire ashes? Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
How far away is your lights and how many watts you using? Sent from my SGH-I747M using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Around 4 inches, using 2 10.0 uvb lizard lights, 2 26w daylights and a 55w 3800 lumen soft white. Just using the daylights until I can get a bulk pack of soft whites.. could I use old lamps? Don't have any more reflector hoods.. Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
As long its not stretch, thats a good thing, your plants are healthy. Also, make sure they are not "praying for magnesium"
When I switched on this am, it was back to normal. Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Could be from getting seperate spectrums and its just adjusting itself. I have seen them flip and curl around funny. Point at lights and such. All it takes is tucking a fan leaf around to see leaves beneath it move around and settle somwhere it likes. My theroy about odd leaf movments. I just wonder if leaves become unresponsive to light towards the bottom and just become vessals for nutrients
As long as the leafs look healthy , no burnt/sign of def. It might be reaching for the lights thats all, are the leafs raiseing up like the pic
Now they're hugging the light.. guess her name is huggy bear.. Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
its normal if light is too far away they stretch for it....if u shut the lights off sometimes they reach trying to find it.
In the pic you can tell the light is right next to them. And the lights are on 24/0. Sent from my DROID4 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
