If you actually read the article, you'll see that the guy had nothing to do with it at this point, he wasn't even on the bus. There were 2 other guys who gave conflicting stories, and THEY were arrested. NOT the rapper guy. So no, he wasn't caught with anything. He may have been involved, but you can't accuse the guy off of some preliminary story with no solid evidence.
