Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by D.Higgins, Aug 17, 2007.

  1. i have suffered from a congenital ptosis since birth, and i was wondering if that and ADHD would be grounds to be given a medical marijuana permit. i am half blind in my left eye, and when i smoke i benefit not only from the sharp eye pains i get every now and then, but also my ADHD is calmed down to a halt after inhaling cannabis smoke.
