  1. This evening I did a full workout at the gym for the first time in a while. As soon as I got home I only cleared 3 bowls of sweet tooth, and I was a solid [10]. Sitting comfortably at a [6] now.

    Try it out! Seriously. It made a huge difference.

    (I'm sure its just the endorphins though :| )

  5. Working out is great before toking. Being in and around any athletic stage means more blood pumping. Smoking after will make you feel better not only because of faster delivery of thc to the brain, but like BloodDrunk said endorphins make you very relaxed.
