Everything (Nothing)

These scars that cannot be replaced,
Created by shards of the mirror,
Shattered all over the place,
Destroyed by the reflection of terror.

The blood collects on the floor,
Seeping in and staining the wood,
Soaking in everything that was before,
Destroying everything that was good.

Painting a past that never existed,
Creating a future out of nothing,
There is nothing that can be trusted,
When you imagine everything.

Walking on coals through the fire,
This is the only thing I know,
Adding fuel to the raging pyre,
This is just what I do.
