easy to find in spain - especially if you're in the 'big' and popular cities. we had a hookup in switzerland (someone who was with us knew someone else) so can't help you there! either way, we spent a lot of time on the beach in spain with a joint and on the mountain(s) in switzerland. (and post above is correct, search is amazing!)
Well I have seen pictures and videos of big ganja feilds in those countries aswell as selling the bud in shops as "souvenirs"
