For those of you who are into electronic/psychedelic/funky jam bands, check out a band called "EOTO". They are similar to STS9, which I'm sure some of you listen to. The cool thing about them is that everything they play at shows is completely improvised, no set lists, pre recorded beats or anything. Essentially, they will never play the same song twice. string cheese was much better. ive been to many elephant shows, but they really disappoint when you realize how fucking amazing string cheese was. that said, they are pretty fun. glad there's people with actual musical taste here.
I feel you on the String Cheese issue, I completely forgot to mention that in my original post. I never had the chance to see String Cheese. I had never heard of EOTO until the Rothbury music festival, I saw them and went nuts, It was just a crazy party. I love jamming them now.

Seen all of them more than once. PGroove 23 times. Good choices. I saw EOTO for the first time with Umphree's McGee. Did a good show. I'd like to see them at the festival.

Eoto just isn't in the same class as String Cheese. I've tried to give them a shot, but it's just not working.
