Title says it all. Anyone else get this? I've heard that something in the drinks help your bowl movements. In short, when I drink any energy drink 15mins to 1 hour later I will have to take a shit.
I like the cocaine energy drink or Rockstar zero carb 24 oz (360mg of caffeine!!). But yea. I just finished one, and I know what I'm about to go do.
I dont really drink energy drinks like rockstar or monster... but when i drink coffee i have to use the bathroom shortly after Esspecially when you have a cigarette too.
Nobody here knows that caffeine gives you the shits? I thought that was common sense coffee is my morning laxative - heat + caffeine = poop
jeez it took 9 posts to get to this.... ya. caffeine = stimulant = speeds up mind/body = speeds metabolism = faster processing of food = shittin more often. aduh.
