As much as I would love to see true legalization, the only thing the elite would let us do is follow the heavily taxed and regulated models of WA and CO. The only way to get unchecked, unregulated legalization is to burn the rats out of their positions of control.
If somebody played an elaborate enough game of chess, it could. But then we'd just have smarter rats in control.
