So I recently just got an Encore Rage Vaporizer and it's my first vape. I'm having trouble working it though. The booklet says to press the power button and if it blinks three times then it is ready to vape, and if it blinks 5 times then it needs to charge but mine is blinking 8 times and I don't seem to be getting anything when I use it. I've read the booklet cover to cover and can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated
