Electric bike battery charger as LED driver?

    I was looking at adding more COB lights to my setup and then realized that I have a 58.8v 1-5amp charger that is used for charging the electric bicycle battery.

    Can this be used as a driver for a COB setup?

    if the numbers fit the cob then yes.
