I would like to know people opinions on the Ebb and Flow System trays 4X4. Are they easy to use? Do they require a lot of maintenance? Would I be better off growing in Soil pots? I'm going to be growing indoors in the GrowLab GL145. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  2. Soil is a good starting place, with less start up costs.

I think for a first grow, I'd rather go soil. Although, there will be people who disagree, I feel like soil is a lot more forgiving for someone who isn't used to the process.

They both have their pros and cons.

  3. You know I started two different strains. One in a starter plug and the other in a an organic soil that requires no nutrients. The one I planted directly in soil shot right up and is thriving. That's how mother nature intended it to be I guess. I think your right though. Thanks.:D
