Till you start to see evidence of growth or until you pluck? Or until you harvest/dry/cure? More detail needed. Both depend on how the plant looks and your veg cycle, you wont start to see thickening in the hairs for a few weeks. 83 is a tad high, but could be worse, lower than 80 is ideal.
