ak-47&48 diesels seem to be a pain the the a$$ for some reason lol... also try attitude seed bank they will give descriptions about how easy it is to grow will list beginner advanced and so one good luck...
Northern light or any type of NL strain is gonna be hard to beat for genetics on your first attempt. Edit also there is so many NL grow journals so it will be really easy to learn how to grow.
My first grow I did blue dream, surely a resilient strain and a good yielder. My second grow which I started yesterday is platinum bubba hopefully comes out nice !!
bubba con (bubba kush x la confidential) and jack the ripper (jtr) are pretty easy. i would stay away from the ogs until you get some experience under the ol belt.
