Anyways i took a combined total of 500 mg from robi, delsym, and vicks nyquil cough. I took it on a full stomache and its been about 4 hours i havent felt anything yet. Would it peak later? or was that a waste of my cough syrup? I ate like a can of spam and rice with egg one hour before consuming the dxm
