    I don't really know where to post this question, but this seems the best place.

    I don't have Microsoft Excel, Word, PP, etc... I know there was something I downloaded free online that was similar but I don't remember the name and I no longer have it.

    Does anyone know of something I can download online that's similar to Microsoft Word? I mostly need Word, anything else is just a bonus. Thanks :)

    You can also use Google Docs. It's completely online, but you can write papers and download them to your computer in different formats including .docs (which are word files). It can work out in a pinch. I've had to use it for school once, because I had a problem with Word acting up.

    You might have word pad on your computer. It's should be under accessories.
