drying factors... temperature?

  1. how important is temperature when drying your harvest if your humidity level is a constant 40% and its in darkness? im asking this becuase i can dry my plant in my basement (which is my bedroom). Theres a section of the room which is completely dark and i have a dehumidifer running keeping the room at 40% constantly. the only problem is instead of 70-75 were talking more like 65 degrees. if anything i think it would discourage mold growth, but im not sure.

    thanks!

  2. I think that they should be fine.

  3. should be OK. Another thing you can do is to use a cardboard box and put a 120mm computer fan in one end pulling air through the box and pushing it out.

Hang your buds in there so the fan pulls air through one end of the box (picture a longer than wider rectangular box) over your buds and out the other end. This will help them stay drier on the surface and discourage any molding.
