Drug test for court?

    I will be going to court soon for possession of a gram. It is my first offense and i have hired a lawyer who is basically 99% sure he can get my case expunged. He has a record of my grades (I have a 3.75GPA and am currently enrolled in college) so he seems to think that will make me look good in court. Will they drug test me for court in order to get my case dismissed/expunged?

    No but I wouldn't risk it if you have a good chance of getting it thrown out though. And if it doesn't get thrown out and you get probation they may DT you then.
