droopy leaves all the sudden

It's almost two weeks, i started with two weak household cfls, then purchased 3 100 w cfls along with a tube florescent grow light for under growth when it gets bigger

It was going good, i kept them watered, kept growing, now two of them are droopy for no reason and they both have water, the other day they were fine.

while one of my other plants is doing well

and my setup is temporary until i receive my equipment

anybody have a clue why? thanks
