Anyway, I see my cousin like once every couple weeks and I know what kind of bad shape he's in and I hate seeing him that way, I just don't think suing the winery is going to help. My dad says I'm out of touch with reality because I say that he has to take responsibility for his actions and he had the chance to refuse the alcohol and I tell my dad that and he's says that's not the point. I love my cousin, but I feel everyone should be responsible for their own actions.
