When I pay attention to my own dreams, and the content in them, I sometimes feel as if they are projections of alternate realities. I cannot quite explain it, but I can "feel" them as realities like this one. I have read theories such as this. Anyone have any thoughts on it?
Real is an illusion to the mind.. therefore anything your mind experiences, you can pretty much say that is your reality. Dreams are real. As for where the content comes from? IDK... maybe our imagination is an alternate reality of sorts..
