    Say if someone I knew wanted to download music, what would be the best program for him to use, if he wants to at all?

    I would never use limewire, way to many virus ridden music. Go for torrents my man, bit-torrent.

    limewire is ok if u have ur safty shit turned up it will tell u if it has a virus and norton helps

    You could use torrents, you know, for legally backing up music files you own.
