Dope breakfast shake

  1. Okay so I made this shake this morning and it was pretty bomb, and full of protein/healthy fats. It's good for a quick low carb protein packed breakfast or lunch. Fuck have it for dinner if your heart desires. It's...

    - some ice cubes (I used 4)
    - 2 cups of skim milk
    - banana sliced
    - scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use syntha-6 vanilla milkshake)
    - dash of cinnamon
    - a FAT tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
    - then (this is optional) I threw like a tablespoon of French vanilla coffee grinds in

    Throw all this shit in a blender, mix it for around 30 seconds and bang, she's ready.


    Around 600 kcals 😁
     
  2. Oh and you can split this into two 300 calorie shakes, it's real filling
