Don't know if it's just me and my Internet tubes, but I couldn't log onto the City for about a half hour just now. I didn't get the usual database error message, just a 'connection timed out' from my browser.
Had the same thing, Ive only been home about a hour so i tryed it about a half hour ago myself. Had the same problem, Up to about 2 minutes before it actually worked for me i got the data base error. All other times jus said page timed out.
