Does weed help or hinder your creativity?

when im high i totally suck at the guitar, but im way better at running and biking. weed takes my mind off mental things and focuses it on physical things.

 

I thought people would already know the characteristics of Cannabis Sativa. It's known to increase creativity since its a cerebral high, that is why most musicians/artists, etc smoke it. This is all a matter of research man.

I already have ideas in my head but after smoking the ideas just flow out.
