Does this qualify as Mids?

My cousin hit me up that he had some good stuff and that he'd front it to me. Last time he said that it was dried up regs. Seems like a different taste this time but not that many trichs. But it's still kind of covered in it.

It's like regs but a little better, so is this mids?
