just a Q, people keep saying it and i dont know weather its because the people want to try to cover up for their inexperienced smoking or is it true?
No. All it does at best is give you a 'head rush' from oxygen deprivation to the brain. If you're coughing when you smoke then you're doing it wrong. It's a LOT more efficient to take several small to moderate hits than it is to take one or two huge ones, not to mention far healthier.
