does anyone take their plants out for 12hrs of day light?

    is it possible to take my plants out for 12 hrs of day light, then bring them in and give them 12 hrs of dark, would this be better then giving them a 1000 w HPS????

    ya, it's possible, but it sure is a lot of trouble. How secure would that be?

    Id pay the price for the light,
    than pay the price if somebody took or the wrong person saw ya...

    But like said you can take it outside for 12

    No a HPS would work better than transporting it that way.

    I put mine out during the day. Since I only have a few floros inside i set them on a east facing windowsill early in the morning so they get some extra light
